Getting There

Our festival is located near Matamata, at the base of the Kaimai mountains. Approximately 2 hours south of Auckland, 30 minutes from Hamilton or Tauranga, 6 hours north of Wellington, 14 hours and a ferry from Christchurch… you get the idea.

The exact location will be given out closer to the event to those who have a ticket, but it’s safe to say we’ve got a gorgeous spot, nestled in towards the base of the Kaimai mountains.

From Auckland

Head south on SH1, and take exit 477 for SH2 near Pokeno (just after the Bombay Hills). Continue on SH2 until just after Maramarua (about 30 mins) – you’ll see SH2 heads off to the left – you just keep going straight (you’ll now be on SH27) and follow that all the way through to Matamata.

From Wellington

Head north on SH1 for about 6 hours. Just after Tirau, head right onto SH27, and follow that another 20 mins to Matamata.

From Anywhere Else

Jump on Google Maps. It’s really easy.
